  • This is a utility that allows you to reset the password of any local account on your Windows system.
  • Works for Windows NT, 2000, XP Professional, XP Home, Vista, etc
  • You do not need administrator access or to know the old password for this to work
  • Will detect and offer to unlock locked or disabled out user accounts.
