I have scan with regular antivirus, kaspesky and housecall
I can’t access
-housecall website,
-viruslist website,
-http://www.symantec.com/
-www.mcafee.com

What sites can you not access? Can you get to windowsupdate.microsoft.com?

Have you also scanned with a regualr anti-virus/anti-spyware?
