Actually now that you mention it I did have one or two problems when using a thumb drive but i put it down to a suspect/cheap thumb drive that I was using as it worked fine with the next one.

I can&#039;t recall the capacities of each drive now but good point.  Thanks for sharing.

I was trying to install iWork &#039;09 and it called for a minimum of Quicktime 7.5.5. I installed the version off Apple&#039;s website (7.6.4). That worked and iWork runs fine. But I&#039;m getting kernel panics when I shut down. The Quicktime update was the only thing I&#039;ve really changed. Any suggestions on how to fix this?</description>
