This problem with Outlook Mail is commonly caused by a setting in Microsoft Outlook that leaves your mail on the server after you’ve read it and has therefore filled up your mail box.

I don't normally get this close but on this occasion I'll make an exception. So, I'm Ross Whitney or Rosco as I sign my posts and as my lovely wife calls me.
